The extraordinary Boguanxi’an Sales Center
A property sales center to
make you dream without limits

It may look like fiction, but it’s very real. Chinese architecture company BENJAI has created an outstanding real estate sales center in Weifang that looks like it came straight out of a fantasy story. And well… it kinda did!
This amazing space was projected based on a popular online game called Monument Valley! All the references are there: endless staircases, beautiful pastel colors and the apparent nonexistence of gravity. Dreamy much!?
As China is growing and cities like Weifang transform and grow tremendously in just a few years, new spaces are built overnight with the challenge of attracting new residents. So the main purpose of this project was to built it so fantastically that clients would be enlightened and led to imagine a happy future for them living there.
After their goal is accomplished, the Sales Center is planned to become an educational kindergarten, and later evolve as a beautiful community center for its people.
