If you know us then you also know we’re all in for conscious brands. Today we introduce you to NUI Cosmetics, a high-performance make-up that fits our lifestyle and is 100% natural at the same time.
Their goal is to make people feel great with natural make-up without compromising on look, fragrance and durability. "NUI" stands for "grandiose" by the New Zealand Maori people - and, according to the brand, this is how they want everyone who uses NUI Cosmetics to feel.
Created by Swantje van Uehm, NUI started as a personal wish to create a red lipstick according to Swantje’s ideals and free of harmful ingredients. The goal was: no synthetic ingredients, no mother-of-pearl shimmer and without the blood of scale insects (carmine), which is responsible for the red color. But with a silky texture, caring and healthy for the skin. And of course not to forget: BANG-RED.
