Colourful spring collection

inspired by Parisian brunches

Hi design lovers,

We are excited to tell you about a new collaboration between Masquespacio and Monoprix.

Masquespacio, a design studio founded in 2010, designed a spring collection for the French retailer Monoprix. The collection is a representation of the design studio’s Mas Creations universe and contains more than 50 items - including design objects, art, and fashion.

The project is developed under the name Mas Creations, a brand by Masquespacio, through which it designs independent interiors and products.

Mas Creations’ focus lies on its universe of colours, materials, forms, and textures. For this collection, inspiration was taken from Parisian brunches and the joyfulness of spring.

When Monoprix approached Masquespacio with the design task, the team immediately started thinking about what could be the theme that connects the points between the different objects.

As the main office of Monoprix is located in Paris, the design studio’s creative director, Ana Hernández, got the idea of Parisians brunching on terraces with good weather and blooming flowers. What could possibly be a better reminder of spring than that?

The collection really is a perfect scene for a brunch in Paris. You can sense nature’s presence through the organic forms and light colours in the objects that are just as joyful as spring itself.

The beautiful vases, tableware, and other design objects will create the setting, and the fashion pieces ensure that you’ll look like a snack too while gathering around the table.
